Information we collect
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, preferred language, and message. You can also provide your group size, tour interests, and travel dates. We receive information you send by email and any further details needed to arrange your trip. Required form fields help us understand and respond to your inquiry; without contact details, we cannot reply.
Please do not send payment card details, passport copies, or sensitive health information through the inquiry form. If your trip needs particular accessibility or dietary arrangements, tell us you would like to discuss them so we can agree what information is needed. Share another traveler's information only when you have permission to do so.
Why we use information
- To respond to requests, prepare quotes, and take steps you ask for before a booking.
- To plan and deliver confirmed tours, communicate changes, and coordinate guides and relevant travel arrangements.
- To maintain records where required by law and handle complaints or disputes.
- To protect the website and communications from abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
- With your optional consent, to understand website usage through Google Analytics.
Inquiry and booking processing is used to respond to your request or fulfil agreed arrangements. Legal recordkeeping is based on applicable obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website services and sharing
The form sends your submission through FormSubmit to our email inbox. Read FormSubmit's privacy policy for its handling of data. Hosting and delivery providers, including Kinsta/Sevalla and its content delivery infrastructure, process technical requests such as IP address, browser information, and requested pages to serve and protect the site. Google Fonts and externally hosted photographs also receive technical requests when their resources load.
For a trip, we share relevant details with the assigned guide and providers involved in your agreed arrangements, such as transport providers. We may disclose information where law requires it or to address a legal claim. Service providers may process information outside Thailand, where privacy laws can differ. Contact us for questions about the providers involved in your inquiry or booking.
Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics is optional. Its tag loads only after you choose Accept analytics. It helps us measure page visits and site usage and can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Choose Reject analytics to browse without loading our Google Analytics tag. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this site and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected by Google. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage until you change it or clear that storage. If browser storage is unavailable, we may ask again on another page. With JavaScript disabled, analytics does not load.
Hosting, fonts, and image delivery still require technical requests to display the website. The analytics choice does not prevent those requests or the processing needed when you send an inquiry.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for the time needed to follow up and resolve your request. For confirmed bookings, retention depends on providing the service, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and resolving disputes. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or anonymised. You can ask us about retention for your particular inquiry or booking.
We limit sharing to the purposes described here. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you think information sent to us has been misused, please contact us promptly.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and may object to certain uses or withdraw consent. Email info@bloomingtour.net with your request. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also raise a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent authority.
